JJHOOKER Construction Services was awarded the construction of the new
Calvary Church West Campus. The project is a new 16,000 square feet church
valued at $2,100,000.00. The new building includes a new multi-purpose/sanctuary,
classrooms and administrative offices. The church is located at the intersection
of Hwy 61 and Dietrich Road in Wentzville, Missouri. The architect for
this project is St. Louis Design Alliance.

Jerry Grunzinger joined JHOOKER Construction Services as Project Manager.
In this role Jerry will be responsible for managing JHOOKER’s array
of construction projects which include commercial, retail, institutional,
and church projects. Specific duties will include design management and
coordination of design build projects, preconstruction activities such
as estimating, scheduling, subcontractor selection and construction execution
which will include subcontractor management, cost control, project management
and project close-out.

JHOOKER Construction recently broke ground on a new church for Morning
Star Church in O’Fallon, Missouri. The $3.5 million, 25,000 square
foot church was designed by Stauder Architecture and is a single-story
steel frame and masonry combination building.

Jerry Lepchenske joined JHOOKER Construction Services as Director of Project
Development. In this role Jerry will be responsible for expanding JHooker
Construction Services’ presence in the St. Louis, St. Charles County
and Southern Illinois markets. Specific duties include selling design
build, construction management and general contracting services to developers,
retail and commercial clients and the directing the expansion of our presence
in the church market. In his marketing role Jerry will oversee all marketing
functions which include advertising, public relations, collateral materials
design and production and strategic planning.
