Project Manager
Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-10 years of construction management experience. Must possess the ability and experience to ensure customer satisfaction and manage project schedule, safety and profitability. This hands-on position will manage a staff of superintendents, subcontractors and other construction professionals. Knowledge of the design build process is essential.

Estimator
We are currently seeking a responsible estimating professional to assist in preparing individual estimates, preliminary pricing, and develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years previous experience with a broad range of project types which would include commercial, retail, warehousing and churches. Knowledge of design build and conceptual estimating is a requirement. Extensive relationships with the subcontracting community is highly desirable.

Project Superintendent
We are currently seeking a superintendent with the ability to manage all aspects of field construction. This includes building and layout control; scheduling of manpower, materials and subcontractors, project safety, ability and desire to perform field carpentry duties, quality control of workmanship, and processing all field paperwork.
