New Covenant Church The new project shall be a single story building approximately 33,500 sf in size. The building will include a sanctuary, administration area, classrooms, library/bookstore, gymnasium, entry foyer/lobby and youth room. The exterior façade will consist of masonry, EIFS and aluminum storefront systems. The site is approximately 7.47 acres and will include all parking and utilities to support the new facility. |

Normal Prof. Baseball Stadium Project Size: 384,000 square feet Construction consists of 4,000 seat sports stadium with premium amenities including concession stands, public toilets, premium suites, 360 degree wrap-around concourse, grass seating berm, and other amenities focused on maximizing fan experience. Natural landscape will be interspersed throughout the site along with other features geared toward maximizing views from the interior of the ballpark outward and from the exterior of the ballpark inward. |
