Ackley
Retail Building is constructed of 2 X 6 exterior walls with a wood truss roof system. Exterior finish is a combination of masonry, stone, and brick with EFIS used as a decorative architectural element. The mechanical systems were design build. The HVAC system is split system. Electrical included a 600 amp building service with three gang meter center designed to accommodate future tenants. Site work included all cut and fill with sanitary sewers, water, and irrigation system with a light duty asphalt pavement with an 8”stone and 3” asphalt pavement section. |

Auto Mall This building is a 16,000 Square Foot block and steel building. The building is designed to house auto related service businesses. All building systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing were design build. |

Lube This project is a quick oil change retail building. The building is a wood frame construction with brick veneer. Building includes two (2) oil change bays, customer waiting area and inventory storage area. |

Valley Retail This 6300 square foot retail space is a combination wood frame, EFIS and masonry structure. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing were design build. This project included all site work, paving and landscaping. |

Square This retail center is 11,700 square foot load bearing masonry walls and steel bar joist/ metal deck structure. The exterior facade is a combination of masonry, EFIS, sheet metal canopies and aluminum storefront. Site work for building was by developer with JHOOKER responsible for coordination and schedule. |

Point Commons This building is a 54,000 Square Foot 3-phase development. First phase is approximately 17,000 Square Foot and is a single story steel and masonry structure. Exterior architectural elements include EFIS and aluminum storefront system. HVAC, electrical and plumbing were design build. |

Road Plaza This 12,000 square foot strip retail center is a one – story loading bearing steel and masonry structure. HVAC, electrical, plumbing are design build.
