McCauley Animal Clinic – Ground-Up Build (4,237 sq ft)


JHOOKER Construction Services constructed a new 4,237-square-foot veterinary clinic featuring a rustic, durable exterior built to support long-term, high-traffic use. This ground-up project showcases our ability to design inviting and functional veterinary spaces across the St. Louis and Midwest area.


This clinic includes:


• 6 exam rooms

• Surgery suite

• X-ray and radiology

• Interior kennels and dedicated dog runs

• Masonry exterior with a warm, rustic aesthetic

• Pre-finished metal roofing system

• Cedar trim and exterior accents for an elevated appearance


From durable materials to efficient room flow, this build reflects our focus on delivering veterinary facilities that blend clinical functionality with welcoming design.

This design-build project includes: • 12 classrooms for infants through school-age children • Secured entry and safety-focused floor plan • Indoor and outdoor play areas • Efficient staff workspaces and parent-friendly circulation • Purpose-built design aligned with early-learning best practices Completed in 2024, this facility demonstrates our expertise in constructing high-quality daycare and educational buildings throughout Missouri and the Midwest.
