JHOOKER Construction Services completed the new construction of Allee Veterinary Services, a 5,500-square-foot veterinary facility purpose-built to deliver comprehensive animal care to the Cameron, Missouri community.

This ground-up build was designed to support a full spectrum of veterinary services under one roof — from routine wellness visits to advanced surgical care — creating a professional, functional environment for both patients and staff.

The new facility includes:


  • Surgery suite with dedicated pre- and post-operative space
  • X-ray and diagnostic imaging room
  • 7 private exam rooms for efficient patient flow
  • Boarding accommodations for short- and long-term stays
  • Clinical layout optimized for staff workflow and animal safety


Building a veterinary facility from the ground up requires careful coordination across specialized trades — including medical gas systems, plumbing, HVAC zoning, and exam room infrastructure — all designed to meet the operational demands of a busy veterinary practice.

This 6,000-square-foot, ground-up veterinary construction project includes: • Seven spacious exam rooms • A dedicated surgery suite and X-ray area • Multiple grooming and dental spaces • A highly functional layout that enhances staff efficiency and patient flow The building was constructed with a wood-framed structure and features a durable, visually striking EIFS exterior with masonry accents.
