JHOOKER Construction Services is completing a ground-up build for Henderson Veterinary Medical Center in Henderson, Kentucky, delivering a 5,600-square-foot animal hospital designed to support a full range of veterinary services under one roof. The facility is set to open in November 2026.
As a ground-up project, JHOOKER has the opportunity to design the facility from the foundation up around the specific workflow needs of a modern veterinary practice — coordinating everything from site work and structural framing to the specialized systems required for surgical and diagnostic spaces.
Once complete, the facility will include:
- Seven exam rooms
- A dedicated surgery suite
- A dental suite
- An ICU
- A dog wash area
With seven exam rooms supporting high patient volume alongside dedicated surgery, dental, and ICU spaces, Henderson Veterinary Medical Center will be equipped to handle everything from routine wellness visits to more complex medical and surgical cases. The addition of a dog wash area rounds out the facility with a client-focused amenity that's become increasingly common in full-service animal hospitals.
